MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our Membership Terms and Conditions carefully before booking classes. By booking a class or signing up for a membership, at the end of this document you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms together with the items listed below, constitute a contract of membership between you (the client) and us (ALIGN). Please ensure that you read and understand this policy before attending any class at the studio.
CLASS CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW
When you have reserved your spot in class online, you have up to 4 hours prior to class to cancel. If you do not cancel within the given time frame, a class will be deducted from your pass. For membership or unlimited pass holders, a $15 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
If you cancel late, Momence will notify waitlisted clients to fill your spot. If someone takes your place, you won’t be charged, and your punch will be restored the next day. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the class start time are exempt from any charges.
WAITLISTS
Waitlist clients should expect to be added to class up to 45 minutes before it begins. If you cannot attend, remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid charges. Thank you for respecting these policies, which help ensure full classes and the best experience for all participants.
ALIGN MONTHLY AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Credit cards will be charged one month after your purchase date until otherwise notified. Contract is for a minimum of 3 months and automatically renews monthly after this time. We require 30 days written notice to cancel membership, which can be submitted to info@aligninvermere.com.
LATE ENTRY
Late entry to class will not be permitted. Due to the small size of our studio and team, we cannot allow for late entry and will try to accommodate you into the next class.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
ALIGN will not be liable for lost or damaged items left in the studio.
PAUSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You are able to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 2 weeks and for a maximum of 12 weeks over a 12 month period. If you would like to pause your membership simply email us with at least 14 days notice.
INTRO OFFERS AND LAUNCH OFFERS
The introductory offer may only be purchased by new visitors who have not yet attended the studio. These offers can be used once only and are valid for a specified number of days, usually expressly specified from the date of your first class after purchasing the pass.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or unused class passes. Class passes expire 12 months after purchase, are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be used by one person. Merchandise may be returned only if unused and in original packaging within 14 days for exchange only.
CLASS REGISTRATION
Online registration is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot in class. Walk-ins are welcome, but a spot is not guaranteed in class. Registration closes 10 minutes prior to scheduled class and are first-come, first-served. Booking opens 7 days prior and are first-come, first-served.
Please note we do not accept email registrations or cancellations.
GENERAL TERMS
ALIGN reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, classes and workshops without prior notice. All passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
No late entry is permitted, so please make sure you arrive 5 minutes early for your class.

Prices may change without notice. Prices do not include GST. All prices are in CAD $. Schedules may change without notice at any time.
By attending classes at ALIGN, you confirm your understanding that classes at ALIGN may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property damage or death. You also agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against ALIGN, or its directors, officers, employees, consultants or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
