Community Guidelines
Respect & Kindness
Treat fellow community members and instructors with respect and kindness! We are a supportive community here to lift each other up. We have zero tolerance for disrespect, bullying or discrimination.
Listen to your body
It is a responsibility of the student to tune in with their bodies and do what feels right for them. Please listen to your body first and the instructor second. We are happy to move with you however this looks for your body.
Unplug
Silence your cell phone and please leave it outside the room. This will help you stay focused and avoid distracting your fellow students. If you need to take an urgent call, please quietly step outside the studio.
Start and End On Time
Doors open 15 minutes before class to give you enough time to setup and settle in. Class starts promptly and doors will be locked at this time. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate late arrivals. If this is your first class with us, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This will give you time to meet the instructor, familiarize yourself with the studio, and get settled before class begins. We want you to feel comfortable and prepared.

What facilities does your studio have?
Our studio has two rooms - the flow room for all our mat-based classes and the spin room for our cycling sessions. We have one unisex bathroom/change room, as well as a large coat room to leave your belongings. We recommend you leave anything valuable in your vehicle or at home.
Register for class BEFORE you come
We encourage you to sign up for class BEFORE you arrive to the studio. This will ensure you get a spot in class. The easiest way to make a booking is through the booking link on our website. Once you have created a Momence account the easiest way to book classes is via the Momence app.
Can I show up late?
Our classes start and end on time. We encourage you to always show up at least 5 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in. Once a class has started, the front door will be locked and you will not be able to come in late. Please be sure to plan accordingly so you don’t miss your class.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We are a cash-free studio and accept debit or credit card.
How to cancel a class?
Just log into momence.com using the email you signed up with and you can cancel any bookings you have. You can also use the momence app to do the same!
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. That way, you'll be notified if a spot becomes available. When an opening does occur, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the list. This message will ask them to confirm they still want the spot within 20 minutes. If they don't respond, the system will try the next person. Please note that clients without a phone number on file will be contacted by email instead. If your plans change and you can no longer make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
Parking
We encourage you to use the lower parking lot of the building. There is also additional parking by Pothole Park and on the side streets around our location.
Age Requirements
We have a minimum age of 14 years old to participate in class. To attend spin class, you must be able to fit a minimum shoe size of unisex 5, with the ability to ride safely and comfortably on our equipment (bikes) determined at the discretion of our staff. If the rider is 14 years of age, but cannot fit our smallest shoe size, or cannot safely and comfortably use our equipment, that rider will not be permitted to ride. All students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All students under 18 years of age must complete a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to riding.
Policies & Waivers
Before attending classes at ALIGN, please take a moment to review the important terms, conditions, and waiver information below.
We want to make sure you have a safe, enjoyable and productive experience every time you walk through our doors. The terms and conditions cover key policies like membership options, payment, cancellations, and studio rules and etiquette. The waiver section explains the physical risks of participating in exercise and requires your acknowledgement and acceptance of those risks. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment and to provide expert guidance from our instructors, it's important that you understand your responsibilities and the inherent risks of physical activity. If you have any questions at all about the terms, conditions or waiver, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@aligninvermere.com. We're here to help and we want you to feel fully comfortable and informed before participating in classes with us. Again, welcome and we look forward to being a part of your wellness journey!
