Flow
A rejuvenating Vinyasa Flow class where our instructors will guide you through a dynamic sequence of flowing postures synchronized with your breath. You'll build heat, endurance and flexibility as you move, releasing tension and calming your mind. Vinyasa Flow is suitable for most levels, with options to modify or challenge poses. Step onto your mat and experience this uplifting mind-body practice with our supportive community.
Yoga of Awareness
These Kriya-inspired practices blend postures, breathwork, sound, and meditation to create a deeply transformative experience.
Each class is designed to activate awareness in both body and mind, inviting you to awaken your inner power (kundalini energy), expand your consciousness beyond the ego, and connect with your higher self and intuitive truth.
Through intentional sequences, you’ll calm the mind, neutralize the nervous system, and expand your inner awareness. Expect repetitive spinal movements paired with rhythmic and/or retained breathwork to unlock the energetic pathways of the body. Clearing space for insight, release, and reconnection.
Important Note: please arrive on an empty stomach (no food minimum, 3 hours prior). This practice is not recommended to those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart disease, vertigo, epilepsy, a history of stroke, hernia, or ulcers.

Baby + Me Yoga
Get ready to relax, bond, and move your body with Baby + Me Yoga! This fun, laidback class is the perfect way for you and your little one to connect while rebuilding your strength and chilling out (even just a little!). Our certified instructor will guide you through poses that relieve tension, build muscle, and improve flexibility - all while your baby soaks up the attention and interaction.
Important Note: Mom's must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their doctor or midwife for exercise. Babies up to 18 months (or not walking welcome).
