Baby + Me Yoga

Get ready to relax, bond, and move your body with Baby + Me Yoga! This fun, laidback class is the perfect way for you and your little one to connect while rebuilding your strength and chilling out (even just a little!). Our certified instructor will guide you through poses that relieve tension, build muscle, and improve flexibility - all while your baby soaks up the attention and interaction.

Important Note: Mom's must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their doctor or midwife for exercise. Babies up to 18 months and NOT mobile are welcome.
